※ Job Details

• Coordinate and assist Sales Manager in preparing quotations/proposals as per customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and buyers at major modern trade accounts (Such as Pharmacity, Long Chau, Guardian, Hasaki etc.).

• Develop and find new customers in SPA Clinics, Postpartum care center and/or Beauty shops for beauty dietary suppliments or inner beauty items

• Implement and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market share growth for health supplements and cosmetic products.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights.

• Negotiate product listing, plan, and execute effective in-store promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs.

※ Working Conditions

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday is flexible)

Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00)

Working Place (Location): District 2, HCMC

Monthly Salary: 10 mil - 15 mil VND (Gross, negotiable based on qualifications, Sales bonus)

Probationary period: 2 months (85%)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 ~ 5 years of working experience for retail preferably in Cosmetics and Healthcare, FMCG industry

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of the operating models of major Vietnamese pharmacy chains

• Knowledge for product registration dossiers and regulations for cosmetics/healthcare items is a plus

• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS-Office Package (Excel)

• Experience on retail or Beauty (Cosmetics/Inner beauty) industry is a plus

• Customer service oriented

• Passionate and enjoy serving clients / Self motivated person

• Company nearby residence is preferred
