Korean Marketer - Host

This is a customer-facing role based at the club, involving direct interaction with clients in a dynamic environment. As we operate 24/7, the position requires flexible working hours and rotating shifts, including evenings and nights—ideal for those who enjoy working with people and a lively setting.

● Acquire and develop Korean players through both online and offline channels.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean guests to drive retention and loyalty.

● Re-activate dormant players and maximize player value through the club system.

● Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Events) and external partners (restaurants, golf

clubs, etc.) to support business activities.

● Promote and introduce tournaments, events, and marketing campaigns to Korean

customers.

● Support on-site event operations, including guest assistance and communication.

● Plan and execute monthly promotion strategies targeting Korean players.

● Ensure high-quality customer service, promptly handling inquiries and feedback.

● Support translation of club materials and communications into Korean.

● Track performance and submit monthly reports on targets and achievements.

● Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Host Manager.

● Female, under 30 years old.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is preferred.

● At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or related industries.

● Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5 or above); good command of English is a plus.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

● Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

● Understanding of customer service standards and business operations.

● Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
