II. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute execute marketing plans, events, brand strategies that elevate brand identity, encompassing both tangible elements & and intangible elements

• Collaborate with agencies to ensure all deliverables are strategically aligned within consistent and premium brand presence.

• Oversee and optimize all brand touchpoints throughout the guest journey, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and cohesive brand experience across online and offline environments.

• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to develop effective promotion and event strategies.

• Proactively propose innovative concepts and experiences that reinforce brand equity and deliver distinctive, memorable guest experiences.

• Ensure all brand communication and executions adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Analyze the market and its environment to understand the competition and identify opportunities for growth.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and communication channels

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and cooperate well as part of a team

• Ability to implement marketing strategies and achieve company goals

• Understanding of branding and communication guidelines
