1. Job Summary

- Leads the development of complex design packages and ensures technical accuracy.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural design packages from Concept through Construction Documentation.

• Produce and review high-quality technical drawings, construction details, and specifications.

• Ensure design intent is accurately translated into buildable solutions.

• Independently resolve complex design and technical conflicts during project development.

• Ensure full compliance with local codes and authority requirements (QCVN, TCVN).

• Collaborate with other disciplines, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure design coordination, consistency, and overall integration.

• Support and guide team members (architects/junior architects) in technical detailing and documentation standards.

3. Application

- Documents to be submitted: CV (in English) and a Portfolio of previous project experience.

1. Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.

• Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit)

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to produce accurate construction details and specifications.

• Solid understanding of Vietnamese building codes and regulatory approval processes (QCVN, TCVN).

• Ability to work independently and manage technical challenges with minimal supervision.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills are an advantage
