Key Account Customer Care Executive

Order Management
Receive and verify Purchase Orders (POs) from customers via email, phone, fax, or other channels.
Check inventory availability and Accounts Receivable (AR) status before processing orders.
Process PO bookings accurately in accordance with pricing policies, trade terms, promotions, and customer requirements.
Monitor booking status and provide timely updates on successful or failed bookings.
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key accounts.
Customer Data Management
Create, update, and maintain customer records and account information.
Ensure all customer transactions and communications are properly documented and recorded.
Maintain accurate and organized customer databases.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare daily sales, inventory, forecast accuracy, and customer-related reports.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across customer accounts and order records.
Provide timely and accurate reports to support business decision-making.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, or Key Account Support is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
