Junior Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment activities for assigned positions across different departments. 
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. 
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus partnerships. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. 
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers. 
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. 
• Support employer branding activities, career fairs, campus events, and internship programs. 
• Assist in onboarding preparation and ensure a positive candidate experience. 
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 1 - 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources. 
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
