- Reporting to the Business & Finance Controlling Manager, the Junior Sales Controller will support the Controlling team in delivering accurate and timely daily Sales & Commercial reporting and analysis.

- The role focuses on daily reporting, data preparation, data quality checks, basic analysis and Commercial & Marketing expense monitoring, working closely with the Senior Controller and Commercial/MKT teams

- This is a good opportunity for a junior candidate who is comfortable with numbers, enjoys working with

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly Sales dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, under the guidance of the Senior Controller & BI lead

- Ensure Sales figures and KPIs are accurate and updated on time - Check data consistency and highlight discrepancies or unusual changes

- Support basic analysis of Sales performance by channel, region, customer, product, etc.

- Support monitoring of Sales execution and productivity KPIs.

- Support the review of accounting reports and booking accuracy, ensuring Commercial expenses, trading terms, provisions and accruals are correctly recorded in the system

- Assist in reviewing commercial contracts with Key Accounts.

2. Commercial & Marketing Expenses

- Support monitoring of Commercial and Marketing expenses vs. budget.

- Prepare expense tracking and variance reports.

- Support Sales Managers with basic expense reporting.

3. Team & Stakeholder Support

- Work closely with the Controlling team on daily reporting and analysis.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to collect information and clarify data issues.

- Support other reporting and analysis activities as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

- 0–2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Good Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers and data.

- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.

- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop in Sales Controlling & Business Intelligence.

- Able to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken
