Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Junior Process Engineer ($500, ID21224)Monitor production processes to achieve productivity targetsOptimize production line layouts and process efficiencyPrepare and maintain SOPs, FMEA, QA Matrix, and related documentsMonitor production capacity and process performanceSupport new product introduction (NPI) activitiesAnalyze production issues and coordinate corrective actionsPrepare production and performance reportsWork with Kaizen team on continuous improvement activitiesConduct training for new employees and operatorsHandle PE documentation, data management, and operational supportPerform other tasks assigned by management

Male/Female, under 30 years oldCollege degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing companyGood English communication skills
