Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description

This position is responsible for designing and producing trendy visual content for the U.S. market, inspired by K-culture.

Based in Vietnam, you will work remotely with the Design Team in Korea to contribute to a variety of graphic design projects, including photo booth frames, kiosk UI, and social media content. You will collaborate closely with the Design Team in Korea to help maintain a consistent brand experience while also organizing and managing production-ready design assets for day-to-day operations and external partners.

You will participate in a wide range of projects that deliver a consistent online and offline brand experience for U.S. customers. A strong understanding of U.S. Gen Z trends and K-culture will help you create engaging and relevant visual content.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented designer who stays on top of design trends, takes initiative, manages projects efficiently, meets deadlines, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

*Responsibilities

- Design photo booth frames, including monthly seasonal collections, brand collaborations, and design variations.

- Create social media graphics and digital marketing content for the U.S. market.

- Prepare production-ready design assets, including file export, folder organization, file management, and numbering for operations and external vendors.

- Design graphics and visual assets for the photo kiosk main screen.

- Support the Design Team in Korea in maintaining brand guideline consistency across creative assets and partner collaborations.

*Preferred Qualifications

- Interest in the U.S. market, Gen Z trends, and K-culture.

- Experience creating fan art, commissioned artwork, or creative content related to K-pop artists.

- Proficiency with Canva and AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI.

- Comfortable communicating and collaborating remotely using Slack and email.

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency in English or Korean

*Conditions

Working time: Monday-Friday: 7a.m-4p.m (Lunch time 1 hour)

Saturday: 7a.m-12 p.m
