Junior Business Analyst (Off Sat & Sun)

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior) to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients, Product Managers, Project Managers, and the development team to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Candidates with experience in AI projects or the Banking/Financial Services domain are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders. Study business documents and transform requirements into functional specifications. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Design detailed business workflows, process flows, and system diagrams using appropriate modeling tools. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle. Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations. Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions. Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly across teams.

Requirements Must-have: 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze business documents. Ability to create detailed business process flows and functional specifications. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good English communication skills (both written and spoken). Familiar with business analysis and diagramming tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on AI-related projects. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Interview process: 2 rounds (online/ offline). Preferred offline interview.
