[JHC0038004] SALES LEADER (LOGISTICS)

Manage and develop relationships with Vietnamese clients (Japanese clients are handled by Japanese staff).
Coordinate with local partner companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Conduct compliance checks in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support Japanese clients during business trips in Vietnam.
Lead and manage sales team across both Northern and Southern regions.
Provide guidance and direction to team members in handling complex cases.
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics sales (performance-driven, years of experience flexible).
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience in team management / leadership role.
Stable career history (few job changes preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese language skills (is a plus).
Experience working in Japanese companies.
Knowledge of food-related logistics/products is an advantage.
