Japanese-Speaking Temporary Staff (1-Year Contract, JLPT N2 Required) Japanese Support Team, Japanese Corporate Banking Department

Strategic

- Follow the strategy of the Japanese Corporate Banking Department and run Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for the items in charge

Financial

- Build relationships with customers, collaborate with various related departments, to achieve KPI target.

Customer

- Support Front team heads to communication with primary offices & new customers/ JP speaker customers for onboarding.

- Co-operate with Relationship Manager team to have appropriate advice to customer in banking operations (in Japanese).

- Support Relationship Managers to contact with primary office, customers located in Japan or customers only speaking Japanese for Know Your Customer. Translate documents in Japanese to Vietnamese / English for Know Your Customer purposes or for audit purposes.

People

- Support, share experiences with members in the team in charge.

Other/ Control

- In charge of record of Vietinbank referral.

- System control: User & new system development, Control of current users, Asset control (laptop, iPhone, customer gifts, etc.), Client/ Relationship Manager information update to system

- Handle G&H and GA activities for department/expats basis.

- Bank-wide coordination for paper/GA works.

- Other tasks assigned by Department Head from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc.

- Preferable 1 year working experience in banking industry

- At least N2 Certificate holder.

- Good command of Japanese and English (especially in writing & reading)

- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Good communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell products

- Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments

- High spirit of teamwork and ability to complete multiple tasks under high pressure.
