IT Operations Specialist (Chuyên Viên Vận Hành Công Nghệ Thông Tin)

• Manage and maintain software applications to ensure optimal performance at VEC.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various events and exhibitions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly.

• Implement software updates and enhancements as needed.

• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management.

• Assist in training staff on software usage and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to exhibitions and events.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations or software management.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Experience in event management software is a plus.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
