IT Network Management Senior Officer

Job purpose

-          Responsible for the administration and operation of all Network&Telcom system.

-          Coordinate the implementation of infrastructure solutions and manage operations to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

-          Deploying, configuring, operating, and monitoring network systems at units, regional centers, core networks.

-          Deploy, configure, operate and monitor IT administration support systems (DNS, NTP, DHCP, Zabbix, Cacti, PRTG,...)

-          Develop documents, instructions, and processes to ensure a stable and secure connection to the information system.

-          Participate in the development, implementation, and application of stable information system connection standards, ensuring compliance with international practices required in standards such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.

-          Research technologies, techniques, and applications to ensure a secure connection to the bank's information system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements

-          Full-time Bachelor Degree (formal university students) from domestic and foreign universities.

-          Major in: Information Technology, Mathematics and Informatics, Electronics and Telecommunication or relevant majors.

-          At least 3 years of working experience in financial institutions and banks  

-          Understanding of customer service

-          Good team work and communication skills

-          Good analytic and problem solving skills

-          Priority given to candidates with experience in implementing and operating ACI Network.

-          Priority given to candidates holding advanced Network certifications such as CCNP or an ACI Network Certificate.
