• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Equivalent experience.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Cisco IOS software upgrades/patch management best practices in an Enterprise Cisco environment.

• Experience with Cisco CallManager or other VoIP provider desired
