IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network)

• Collaborate closely with the IT Location Manager to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth delivery service.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues for end users and customers.
• Work with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and ensure the stability of corporate IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support the configuration, administration, maintenance, and upgrade of network systems, on-premises servers, and virtual machines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience providing Level 2/Level 3 technical support.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience mentoring, supporting, and guiding team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive working attitude.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work with international teams.
