IT Engineer SAP Basis SysAdmin

SAP Basis System Administrator who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is eager to work with modern SAP ecosystems and cloud technologies.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our technical team, you will:
Ensure system reliability:
Administer and support SAP systems to maintain high availability, stability, and performance
Troubleshoot with impact:
Diagnose and resolve issues identified by users or monitoring tools
Manage databases:
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and SAP HANA environments
Administer operating systems:
Support SAP across Windows, UNIX, and Linux platforms
Optimize performance:
Monitor, tune, and enhance systems following SAP best practices
Drive system evolution:
Lead installations, upgrades, migrations, and landscape expansions
Handle complex landscapes:
Support multi-system environments (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, etc.)
Execute core Basis activities:
Client copies
System refreshes
Transport management
Strengthen security:
Implement and maintain best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality
Embrace innovation:
Explore and adopt cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
What You Bring
Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Hands-on experience with at least one OS: Windows, UNIX, or Linux
Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, SAP HANA)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a strong advantage
Passion for learning and growing in SAP and enterprise technologies
Communication
Good English skills (reading & writing required)
French is a plus, but not mandatory
