Junior CloudOps / SysOps Engineer Linux

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and junior IT professionals who want to build a career in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Operations.
You'll receive hands-on training, real-world operational experience, and mentorship while working with modern cloud and infrastructure technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and support enterprise cloud and infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot Linux, cloud, virtualization, and system-related issues
Assist with infrastructure automation and operational improvements
Participate in incident response and problem resolution activities
Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain service reliability and performance
Follow ITIL-based operational processes and best practices
Continuously learn and develop technical expertise across cloud and infrastructure technologies

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Basic knowledge of Linux from coursework, personal projects, internships, homelabs, or self-study
Basic scripting experience (Bash, Shell, Python, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
Team player with good communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Nice to Have
We don't expect candidates to have everything below. Any exposure is a plus:
AWS or other cloud platform experience
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, Xen, or Nutanix
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools
Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD concepts
Linux or cloud certifications (RHCSA, LPIC, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.)
Participation in internships, university projects, homelabs, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
