Act as the primary point of contact for receiving specification documents from customers.
Translate technical documentation between Japanese and English (Japanese ↔ English).Import and maintain specification content within company systems, including version control and system configuration according to customer requirements.
Update and reflect specification changes accurately within the system.
Support configuration management activities, including baseline creation, version tracking, reporting, and related administrative tasks.
Utilize automation solutions (e.g., VBA, RPA) to improve efficiency in repetitive tasks, where applicable.
Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities as required.

Minimum 2 years of working experience (relevant working experience is preferred)Fresh graduates are not eligible for this position.
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Good time management and prioritization skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
