Mechanical/Machinese Design | 3+ Years Of Experience | Good English

- Machine Design (Factory Automation)
- Design machines, mechanical systems, and automation equipment for factory automation projects.
- Develop innovative mechanical concepts and transform them into practical design solutions.
- Modify and optimize existing machine designs to meet customer requirements while ensuring quality, safety, and manufacturability.
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
- Select standard components and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate closely with Electrical, Software, and Manufacturing teams throughout the development process.
- Support prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
- Mechanical Product Development
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into mechanical design specifications.
- Develop mechanical products from concept through detailed design and release.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and related technical documents.
- Perform design verification and support product validation activities.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design for automation or product development.
- Proficient in 3D and 2D CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
- Good understanding of:
- Machine design
- Manufacturing and machining processes
- Material selection
- Heat treatment and surface treatment
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Basic understanding of PLC logic and automation system architecture.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with standard mechanical components from suppliers such as MISUMI, THK, SMC, HIWIN, Festo, or similar.
- Experience in mechanism simulation or motion analysis using CAD software.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, and FMEA is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in factory automation or industrial equipment development is preferred

- Working time: Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM
- For the first 2 months, you'll receive 85% of your salary plus 10% deduction for personal income tax.
