IT Communicator (IT Comtor) – Japanese Speaking | Upto 1500$

WORK DIRECTLY WITH JAPANESE CLIENTS IN REAL IT PROJECTS

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Communicator who enjoys connecting people, understanding context, and helping projects move smoothly between Japanese clients and Vietnamese developers.

This role is more than “translation”.

You will become:

• a bridge between business & technical teams,
• a project communication supporter,
• and a key member in real IT projects with Japanese clients.

• and using communication skills to solve problems,

What you will do

• Interpret Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese in meetings with Japanese clients and development teams
• Translate project documents (requirements, specs, chats, emails, etc.)
• Support smooth communication between clients, PMs, and developers
• Help clarify requirements and avoid misunderstanding in projects
• Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving effectively
• Use AI tools to improve translation and working efficiency

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Over 2 years of experience as an IT Communicator
• Excellent Japanese speaking and communication skills
• Able to communicate naturally and understand business context
• Interest in IT/software development projects
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

• Experience in IT Comtor / BrSE / translation
• Experience working with Japanese clients
• Understanding of software development flow
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
