IT, Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Integrate AI tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Dify) into analytics workflows to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and clustering tasks.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics platforms.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and AI adoption.
Work with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
Stay current with emerging trends in BI, AI, and data science.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in BI and analytics roles, with at least 1 year using AI/ML tools.
Proficiency in BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI APIs).
Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
Excellent Troubleshooting and problems solving skills, self-motivation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to self-train in new technologies
