IT Admin & Document Control Staff

Handle and track IT purchasing and payment documents (PR/PO, contracts, invoices)
Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, HR, vendors, and internal departments
Manage IT asset records (handover, assignment, return, filing)
Support ISO documentation (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001) and related records
Follow up on checklists, audits, and documentation compliance
Provide administrative support for IT department
Improve document control processes and filing systems
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Education: University degree
Experience: 1–2 years in admin, document control, purchasing, or accounting support
Skills:
Strong document control and administrative skills
Good coordination and follow-up ability
Careful, organized, and responsible
Good communication and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of SharePoint / Microsoft Teams is a plus
Experience with ISO documentation is preferred
