ISO & OPEX staff (Rach Bap IZ, Binh Duong) (28601)

- Develop and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Healthy & Safety), etc
- Conduct internal audits by organizing cross-functional inspections among departments to ensure the factory complies with established procedures and standards.
- Manage risks by identifying weaknesses and proposing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize errors and prevent recurrence.
- Eliminate waste by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce the eight common types of waste (e.g., waiting, transportation, excess inventory, product defects, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing Kaizen (small changes for significant improvements) and 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to optimize the workplace.
- Conduct shop floor inspections and perform measurements and analysis to evaluate operational effectiveness and improvement results.

- Graduated from University.
- English: At least Intermediate level
- Having at least 3 years experience as ISO staff/ OPEX staff in manufacturing companies.
- Having experience in dealing with internal auditors, customer auditors, and government authorities about ISO/OPEX system.
- Good at communication and negotiation skill
- Good at Microsoft office skill
- Work hard and high responsibility.

- Having experience in fabric, yarn, textile companies.
