Investment Executive (Real Estate Developer)

Responsibilities

The Investment Staff will support the Investment Department in:

• Project management activities, including monitoring project progress, cash flows, budgets, and internal funding arrangements.

• Preparing monthly/quarterly project updates, internal investment reports, investment memorandums (IM), project summaries, and other materials for management review and other stakeholders.

• Preparing and coordinating investor visits and meetings.

Requirements

While no prior experience is required, a successful Investor Relations Analyst will have qualifications and qualities such as:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other similar majors
