Job Title: Project Legal Deputy Manager

Department: Project Legal

Reports to: Head of Project Legal

Work Location: 13- 15A Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan, HCM.

N.H.O is looking for a Project Legal Deputy Manager to join our team and manage and follow up on project legal procedures with relevant authorities, including planning, investment approvals, land, construction permits, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Liaising directly with authorities to follow up the project legal process (1/2000 zoning plan, principle investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc), checking the regulations and negotiating the process.

- Relationship building with the authorities.

- Study and report on relevant property / investment regulations.

- Analyzing the regulations and finding the solution to the problem.

- Understanding the project legally and doing due diligence on potential projects.

- Drafting the letters / documents to be submitted to the authority.

- Managing the legal documents.

- Estimating the project timeline.

- Other works assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational background

- University degree in Law, Real Estate or any relevant majors.

2. Experiences

- At least from 3 - 5 years of working experience in Project Legal - Project Development, Investment or similar role.

- Have experience in residential projects at real estate developer is a plus.

3. Skills required

- Fluent in English (must have).

- Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

- Skills of legal research, analyst, problem-solving.

- Well organized, able to handle pressure and extrovert.

- Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail-oriented.

4. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: Attractive and competitive with the market.

- Social Insurance: 100%

- Probation Salary: 90% of the official salary.

- Phone Allowance: Provided according to Company policy.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday off.

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

- 13th-Month Salary: Subject to the Company’s business performance.
