Inventory Coordinator

Job Objective / Mục đích công việc:
Implementing and optimizing the supply chain inventory and logistics, ensuring efficiency to Clients and Business Partners.
Responsibilities /Trách nhiệm
To arrange with related Sections/ Departments on Inbound Pick-up and Schedule to Warehouse
Prepare and sign documents for stock movement to meet tax requirements.
To work with Clients for damage, expiry and scrap system management.
To coordinate with Clients and Warehouse on Stock Count arrangement
Handle sample withdrawals for testing or coordinate returns to Clients or local partners.
To make relevant reports and verify monthly expenses to Finance for effective cost, inventory management.
To negotiate with Clients for confirmation on Cost related to damage, expiry.
To directly deal with Clients, Business Partners and related Departments to solve problems relating to supply Chain inventory and logistics by the most cost-effective way.
University/ College Degree.
Able to communicate in English well, especially in reading and writing.
Good background and experience in import-export, purchase, inventory and logistics.
Good communication skills, solving problem skills.
Good in work organizing skills.
Good computer literacy and communication.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Well-organized.
Meticulous.
Detail-oriented, accurate and trustworthy
