International Business Executive

We are seeking a proactive young enthusiastic International Business Executive to support the company’s international trading activities across import and export operations. The role is primarily responsible for supporting international sales development, coordinating cross-border trading operations, and maintaining effective communication with overseas customers, suppliers, and logistics partners. This position offers valuable exposure to international business practices and collaboration with global partners in a dynamic multinational environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop international sales activities for import and export operations.
- Support export activities for food supplements and key Vietnamese agricultural products such as coffee, cashew nuts, and related commodities.
- Coordinate with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Coordinate import procedures for cosmetics and health supplements sourced from Europe.
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, shipping documents, and related business reports.
- Monitor customer orders, shipment schedules, and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in international markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting new business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, internal procedures, and company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments to support day-to-day international business operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, import/export, international trading, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food supplements, cosmetics, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.
- Knowledge of European import/export markets is preferred.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
