International Business Executive

·         Support and develop international sales activities for import and export operations.

·         Support export activities for food supplements and key Vietnamese agricultural products such as coffee, cashew nuts, and related commodities.

·         Coordinate with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

·         Coordinate import procedures for cosmetics and health supplements sourced from Europe.

·         Prepare quotations, sales contracts, shipping documents, and related business reports.

·         Monitor customer orders, shipment schedules, and customer requirements.

·         Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in international markets.

·         Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting new business development activities.

·         Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, internal procedures, and company policies.

·         Liaise with internal departments to support day-to-day international business operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

·         1–2 years of experience in sales, import/export, international trading, or related fields.

·         Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

·         Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

·         Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

·         Good command of spoken and written English.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in food supplements, cosmetics, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.

·         Knowledge of European import/export markets is preferred.

·         Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
