$2300/month salary awaits! We're hiring an International Business Development (Furniture, ID21515)for a Foreign Invested company:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Proactively prospect, engage, and secure new international distributors, dealership networks, and key project clients.
- Own and convert a structured sales pipeline, carrying full accountability for a personal revenue target.
Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development
- Cultivate and scale long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors, actively driving end-user sell-through alongside initial orders.
- Build strategic ties with architects, interior designers, developers, and contract partners to capture and finalize high-value project tenders.
Global Branch Interface & Coordination
- Serve as the commercial link between HQ and regional entities, supporting sell-in/sell-through execution, inventory coordination, and territory sales targets.
- Expand channel capacity through these international hubs while maintaining strict territory compliance to prevent cross-channel friction.
Commercial Governance & Deal Execution
- Formulate proposals and competitive quotations, actively steering deals through to final closing.
- Adhere strictly to commercial guidelines: territory boundaries, pricing structures (discounts exceeding 10% require written sign-off), payment milestones (30% deposit / 70% prior to shipment), and brand protection protocols.
- Maintain real-time accuracy within the CRM system, tracking pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts, and client interactions.
Operational Alignment & Order Fulfillment
- Relate demand forecasts to Commercial Planning to optimize inventory levels, lead times, and product allocations; partner with Logistics to guarantee dependable order delivery.
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Represent brand portfolios at global trade shows, industry expos, and market visits while delivering core product knowledge sessions to commercial partners.
- Synthesize competitor trends and market feedback to advise the Commercial Director and HQ leadership.
