Internal Control Specialist

• Establish, review, and improve company procedures and business rules.
• Develop and manage approval workflows and authority matrices.
• Monitor compliance and conduct internal training on procedures.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports and support decision-making processes.
• Drive process improvements and support ERP system integration.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

- 3–5 years’ experience in: Finance/ Audit / Internal control / Business analysis

Skills

- Strong analytical and logical thinking

- Understanding of business operations and financial impact

- Ability to design and improve processes

- Good communication and coordination skills
