1. Job Purpose
To ensure timely and accurate tax declarations and tax payments in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations; coordinate with and provide explanations to tax authorities regarding tax-related matters. At the same time, ensure the accurate and timely issuance, management, and control of sales invoices.
3. Key Duties and Responsibilities
-n Tax Filing & Periodic Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic tax returns; monitor tax obligations; support tax finalization and liaise with tax authorities.
- Invoice Review & Control: Prepare, issue, and adjust invoices; reconcile revenue, invoices, and accounts receivable.
- Tax Finalization & Tax Audits: Directly prepare supporting documents and records, and coordinate with the Chief Accountant to explain accounting and tax data during tax inspections and tax finalization audits.
- Policy Updates & Advisory: Regularly research and stay updated on new tax laws, circulars, and decrees to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors on legally optimizing tax costs.

- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Audit or equivalent majors.
- English: Conversation level.
- Having at least 2-3 years experience as Tax accountant or equivalent position.
- Good at Microsoft office skill
- Having experience in using accounting software such as Bravo, Misa, Fast, SAP, etc
- Good at communication skill
- Having logical thinking.
{PREFER}
- Preferred candidates with hands-on experience in tax finalization and settlement with tax authoritie
- Can communicate in English well.
- Having experience in Bravo software.
