Intermediate Industrial Drafter

Mission: Reporting directly to the Drafting Department Manager, you will prepare 3D models and detailed drawings of strength and fitness equipment for both direct and indirect clients, in accordance with specifications provided by the project manager. Your deliverables will contribute directly to the manufacturing of equipment used by athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts in over 65 countries.

You will work under the supervision of our Drafting Department Manager under a progressive workload plan structured in three phases.

Tasks

• Phase 1 – Onboarding & Drawing Production

o Create 2D technical drawings from provided 3D inputs (mainly standard parts to begin then more complex parts and assemblies);

o Update existing part drawings based on our methodologies;

o Learn and apply internal drafting standards and product ranges.

• Phase 2 – Targeted Subassembly Modifications

o Contribute to low-priority projects involving modifications to mechanical subassemblies;

o Update drawings based on functional or dimensional design changes;

o Produce detailed part and assembly drawings based on engineering input.

• Phase 3 – Project-Based Autonomy

o Analyze and apply design change requirements from requirements specification;

o Modify or create 3D models at subassembly or multi-subassembly scale;

o Generate and update comprehensive drawing packages (assemblies + details);

o Write supporting technical documentation;

o Manage specific drafting projects independently, with milestone validations.

Working hour: 11:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Thu), 8:00 - 12:00 (Fri)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Hold a vocational diploma in industrial drafting or equivalent;

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical drafting or design;

• Ability to communicate in English (speaking, technical writing, reporting);

• Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor;

• Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite;

• Ability to read and produce mechanical drawings according to industry standards.
