Insurance Business Analyst / Insurance Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in insurance platform implementation, customization, integration, and modernization projects.
• Provide insurance domain expertise and solution consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support insurance transformation initiatives for life and non-life insurance companies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience preferred
• Strong candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

Required Qualifications:

• Strong insurance domain knowledge with practical project experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting insurance platforms and packaged solutions.
• Experience in application development, solution configuration, or system integration within the insurance industry.
• Understanding of policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer management processes.
