Installation Admin (Male) / Nhân viên văn phòng ( tổ lắp đặt ) - ( ELEVATOR )

- Manage and verify daily and monthly attendance data for payroll purposes.

- Prepare subcontractor documents, follow up on contract signing, and process IOC payments on time.

- Receive purchase requests, source suppliers, compare and negotiate prices, and monitor the delivery of site materials and personal protective equipment.

- Arrange business trips, including air tickets, accommodation, transportation, and related documents.

- Process RFA advance requests, monitor reimbursements and settlements, and maintain project and contract records.

- Coordinate with Management, Legal, Accounting, Sales, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve arising issues.

- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the direct supervisor and relevant managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Vocational, College, or University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: No experience required; training will be provided.

- English: Able to communicate in English.

- Computer skills: Proficient in basic office applications, including Word, Excel, and email.

- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

- Able to analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

- Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
