Inspection Engineer

- Data Collection & Monitoring: Monitor, collect, and record operational data and equipment downtime.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze equipment performance to detect anomalies, identify inefficiencies, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Risk Management: Execute Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Weibull Analysis to identify, mitigate, and manage operational risks.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing and optimizing maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and extend operational lifespan.
- KPI Management: Track, manage, and analyze key maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, PM%, and Breakdown Frequency (BF).
- Data Visualization: Develop, modify, and maintain interactive performance dashboards using Power BI.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing equipment reliability and data trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose data-driven improvement initiatives based on analytical findings and operational data.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and legal regulations in all daily activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineer, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Language: Good proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
