Industrial Service Engineer

With nearly 25 years of establishment and development, DC Technology Company (founded in 2000) and PMAC Joint Stock Company (founded in 2020) have become leading companies in providing comprehensive solutions for the jewelry and precious metal manufacturing industry. Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region. 

We are currently recruiting for the position of Industrial Service Engineer to support the company. Below are the details of the position: 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1. Technical Service & Support 

• Install, commission, and hand over machines and technologies at customer sites 
• Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and repairs when required 
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions 
• Monitor and ensure all issues are resolved within committed timelines 

2. Customer Support & Relationship 

• Receive and clarify customer requirements and issues 
• Provide appropriate technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers 
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure service quality 

3. Reporting & System 

• Report service results and equipment status after each service visit 
• Update and maintain accurate information in ERP/CRM systems 
• Collect market insights, customer needs, and competitor information 

4. Sales Support (Plus) 

• Recommend suitable products/services to the Sales team 
• Support technical sales activities when required 
• Achieve individual/team service targets

Experience & Technical Skills 

• Bachelors or College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, or related fields 
• Experience: 
• Minimum 1 year in technical service 
• Hands-on experience in operating and repairing precision machinery, automation equipment, or technical software, including: 
• Casting, plating technologies 
• Laser, prototyping 
• Chemical analysis equipment 

Technical Capability 

• Ability to install and integrate machines into production lines or factory systems 
• Knowledge of both hardware and software (IT/Automation) is a plus 
• Experience in remote technical support (online service, training, webinars) is preferred 

Soft Skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication and customer handling skills 
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively 
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented 

System & Language 

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage 
• Good communication in English; knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus
