In-House Designer

• Flat-lay Product Photo Retouching (70-80% of work)

− Retouch and enhance flat-lay product photography (apparel, accessories, AI-generated art

products, etc.) to meet studio quality standards

− Perform color correction, background cleanup, shadow/ highlight adjustments, and detail

enhancement

− Ensure consistent image quality and visual appeal across all product photos

− Organize and manage retouched image files following established naming conventions

and folder structures

− Collaborate with photographers to understand retouching requirements and maintain

brand consistency

− Meet daily/ weekly output targets for retouched images

• Internal Event Design with AI Tools (20-30% of work)

− Create simple internal communication materials using Canva (e.g., event banners,

welcome boards, announcement posters, birthday/ celebration graphics)

− Utilize AI design assistants (Canva AI, generative tools) to speed up content creation

− Design basic presentation slides for internal company meetings

− Assist with simple graphic edits for internal documents and announcements

− Maintain brand consistency across all internal materials

Yêu cầu công việc

− Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical

experience)

− 0–2 years of experience in photo retouching, graphic design, or content production

− Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (required for retouching work)

− Proficiency in Canva for quick design work (required)

− Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus

− Experience with or willingness to learn AI-powered design tools (Canva AI, generative fill,

etc.)

− Strong attention to detail and color accuracy

− Ability to work efficiently and meet retouching deadlines

− Organized approach to file management and workflow

− Ability to work collaboratively in a studio team setting

− Can understand English instructions and materials (no need for advanced fluency)
