Import-Export Staff (Temp 8 months)

Main PIC of Import and Export job, including:
- Proceed import-export procedure including working with forwarder for customs declaration, quality inspection, releases cargo, pay import - VAT duty, payment to vendor ...
- Contact forwarder/ shipping line for booking and service charge negotiation
- Search for new forwarder/shipping line to bargain for lower service offer and shipping charge
- Make monthly exporting schedule based on P.Os from customers
- Working with oversea customers for P.O, forecast and following up with customers for delivery schedule
Minimum 3 years of experience related on Logistic/ Supply Chain or relevant majors
Good English
Education: college or/and above
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good skills of Microsoft office
The ability to motivate; dependable and truthful
The ability to work calmly under pressure
