Import - Export Operation Staff [Temp-Contract]

JOB DESCRIPTION - Temporary 7-month contract

Import & Export Operations 

• Handle import/export shipments, including checking documents, coordinating with customers, brokers, truckers, forwarders, co-loaders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth cargo movement and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage SOA, accrual reports, debit notes, and profit & loss reports accurately and on time.
• Input shipment data, cargo events, and upload required documents into CW/Starlink systems.
• Manifest submission, DO/ eDO release
• Verify and confirm invoices/debit notes from vendors and truckers.
• Coordinate with customers, truckers, and subcontractors for working in service contracts, SOPs, and quotations, and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors for the best service solutions.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command of English (reading and writing are mandatory)
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics field.
• Strong numerical skills and familiarity with SOPs, Proficiency in Excel; CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Responsible, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure, and flexibility for job rotation
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
