Import - Export Manager (Manufacturing, $1500, ID21239)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an Import - Export Manager(Manufacturing, $1500, ID21239)Review and process import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other relevant teams, to facilitate smooth import and export operations.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and logistics service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely shipment execution.
Monitor shipment progress and transportation schedules to ensure goods are delivered on time and to the correct destination.
Maintain, update, and organize import-export records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit reports related to import-export activities, shipment status, and logistics performance.
Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, including transportation companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
Participate in the investigation and resolution of issues, claims, or complaints related to shipments, logistics services, and customs clearance processes.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/Female, under 45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Import-Export, Logistics, or related fields.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Import-Export Manager in an FDI manufacturing company.
Strong expertise in both import and export operations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Customs Declaration Certificate is preferred.
Good relationships and working experience with Customs authorities are a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
