Import Executive

This is an 8-month temporary contract position with the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that all shipments to all locations are received in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Work with local authorities like Custom Department, Vietnamese Register, and Finance Department.
• Ensure the smooth coordination with all managers to guarantee the availability of parts and accessories, bikes and merchandise.
• Oversee bike homologation.
• Work and negotiate with Clearance Custom Agents to guarantee cost efficiency.
• Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment on time, efficiently.
• Working with truckers, forwarders and transportation services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduate from College or University with related major in: Foreign Trade, Import / Export, Logistics, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in similar position (preferably in Motorcycle/ Automotive industry).
• Proficiency in MS Office software, Customs Declaration Software, and other office applications.
• Good English skills.
• Good communications & negotiation skills.
• Careful, honest and hard-working.
