Purpose: Quote accurate SAM for costing purposes

Function: check garment feasibility quotes accurate SMV for costing & bulk purposes

Key Tasks

• Check the product feasibility.

• Make the accurate operation bulleting to the costing & bulk.

• Co-ordinate SMV & method study matters with front end & production plant.

• Contribute to Kaizen practices & SMV saving continuously.

• Create standardize SMV across product portfolio.

• Visit the production plant & get the videos for the best method.

• Collect the videos & make the SMV data base.

• Apply the product feasible method to techniques to the sample room.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Degree/diploma in IE, Textile/Garment production Management & Technical is referable.

• GSD License holder or certificate additional advantage.

• 03-05 years’ experience in similar capacity in garment industry.

Required Skill & Abilities

• Good communication skill, ability to work under pressure, Teamwork, analytical skills,

• Good communication skill in English.

• Sound knowledge of Machine/ Equipment & General computers software.
