IE Team Leader

- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, manage, and develop the IE team (Staff/Supervisors).
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
- Build and strengthen IE capabilities within the factory.
- Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement:
- Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Optimize factory layout, line balancing, and manpower planning.
- Develop and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize ERP/SAP systems and data analysis tools.
- Standard Time & Costing:
- Develop and maintain standard time (SMV) and labor standards.
- Support production costing and improve cost efficiency.
- Evaluate feasibility for new products and processes.
- Production Support & Projects:
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to meet targets.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Propose and implement automation solutions where applicable.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of IE experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing environments (footwear, garment, foam, or similar industries is preferred).
