• Analyze and improve production processes, design layouts, and balance production lines to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish work standards.
• Propose equipment upgrades and technological improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality management department to ensure products meet quality standards.

• From 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the garment manufacturing industry. 
• Preferably a degree in garment technology or garment engineering. 
• Basic English skills, capable of preparing reports in English.
