Data Analyst

• Extract data from ERPNext databases (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) using advanced querying techniques.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports directly within ERPNext (using Dashboard Charts or Script Reports).
• Integrate ERPNext data with external Business Intelligence (BI) tools to build advanced analytic models.
• Analyze business trends and operational performance (e.g., inventory turnover, supply chain efficiency, revenue growth, and cost analysis).
• Identify bottlenecks or anomalies in business workflows and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with ERP Developers to optimize database structures (DocTypes, Custom Fields) for better data collection.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business/data analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, automation).
• Fluent in English – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Sharp, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business goals
