- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage workforce planning, headcount control, and HR analytics.
- Monitor HR initiatives and provide regular reports to Management.
- Prepare and control the annual HR budget.
- Monitor labor costs, headcount efficiency, and budget utilization.
- Recommend actions to optimize manpower and HR spending.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage performance appraisal, payroll review, and HR administration processes.
- Maintain accurate HR data and statutory reporting compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law and internal regulations.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and welfare programs.
- Coordinate with the Trade Union and relevant authorities on labor matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
- Drive recruitment, training, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management presentations.
- Support internal and external audits and manage HR-related vendor contracts.
- Provide strategic HR recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead employee engagement activities and company events.
- Manage event planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and service culture.
- Perform other assignments and projects as directed by Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources Management are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills utilizing Excel for workforce planning, budgeting, headcount tracking, and HR reporting.
- Experience with HRIS and HR management systems for employee data administration, reporting, and process monitoring.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate effectively with expatriates, senior management, auditors, consultants, government authorities, and external partners.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or department head position.
- Experience in multinational corporations, retail, department store, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, HR budgeting, labor cost control, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, internal labor regulations, disciplinary procedures, and trade union practices.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits (e.g., KPMG, HQ Audit, or equivalent).
