HR Staff/ Intern (Haiphong Factory)

• Proactive sourcing potential talent candidate

• Conduct various training methods across the company (e.g. presentations, coaching, online training, and on-the-job training, outside training)

• Manage HR Index and budget planning

• Manage labor contracts and employees' database in a timely manner

• Organize culture activities of company

• Manage employer branding: build up attractive program, control job advertisements via social media and other recruitment agency.

• Other tasks assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in English & MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Be proactive, detailed oriented, Logical thinking and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR/ Economics or related field.

• Experience in designing and implementing employee development programs are preferable.
