• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and fair workplace.

• Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Fluency in English is preferred.
