Lead recruitment activities and workforce planning to support business growth
Develop and implement training programs, training matrices, and employee development initiatives
Design and manage competency assessment frameworks for technical and office employees
Establish and maintain career paths, succession planning, and talent development programs
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with Management to identify workforce capability gaps and develop improvement plans
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
▪ Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and talent development
▪ Strong experience in Training & Development and Competency Assessment
▪ Experience in building Career Path and Succession Planning programs
▪ Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices
▪ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
▪ English communication skills are preferred
